As a musician now, and a therapist before, I really value the importance of taking care of both your physical and emotional self.  There are definitely some stressors that are unique to musicians, that can put a lot of strain on your emotions, and I don't think it's talked about often enough.  So, I got together with #WomenCrushMusic, and wrote a blog about some of my biggest emotional stressors right now, and how to cope:
